Frequently Asked Questions

After school sports practices are always on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15-4:45pm.

Families are charged a sports fee of $50 which helps with equipment costs.

Games will take place some Thursdays at 3pm and most Fridays at 1pm, please refer to the master sports schedule.

Games will run about 2-2 1/2 hours, depending on the sport.

ECS is closed at 5pm, so please pick up your student from practice by 4:50pm.

Our sports program gives every student the opportunity to play if they are in compliance with the guidelines of our program which can be found in our student handbook.

Parent involvement is an important element in keeping the sports program going. Here are ways to help:

• Volunteer to drive students off campus for away games​ and events

• Donate drinks and healthy snacks for the teams

• Donate equipment such as volleyballs, basketballs, etc.

• Volunteer to help clean-up after Home games

• Volunteer to help at the Cross Country Meet and Track Meet
